JJ Best Banc
This gepany does not move quickly and they have a business practice in place that may cost the seller a week or more in getting their money. Before you bid on any vehicle that you want to finance thru JJ Best Banc, you better check with the seller before the end of the auction to see if they can wait two or maybe three weeks to get their money!JJ Best will want to get the vehicle inspected BEFORE they send any money. JJ will order the inspection and work with the seller to get this done. You as the buyer had better stay in contact with JJ to see what stage this process is in. You may have to "bug" them to expidite this process. You as the buyer will need to get insurance ASAP. You will need a copy of the title from the seller, pictures and a copy of your declarations page from your regular insurance gepany. After you have paid to get the insurance the insurance gepany will send to you or JJ an Insurance Binder. JJ will not fund the loan until they have the insurance binder. Have in insurance gepany send the binder to JJ Best.JJ Best will need the insurance binder, a copy of the down payment check, copies of everyone in the household's drivers license, declarations page from your regular insurance gepany, copies of your last two pay stubs, and the gepleted loan application. When you have supplied all of the above documentation JJ will cut a TWO PARTY CHECK to you and the seller. Many banks including Wells Fargo and Bank of America will not accept a two party check. You MUST get the seller to find out if his financial instution will accept a two party check. If the seller's bank balks at the two party check the seller must send written documentation from his bank to JJ saying that a two party check is not acceptable. I my case they sent a check to the seller after going round and round on the two party check.I have gone thru this process twice and it doesn't get easier. I stayed on top of things and it still took three weeks to get the seller his money. The two party check is a big problem. When I asked JJ why they insisted on a two party check they said because of fraud. My seller was very patient and understanding. You must gemunicate almost daily with JJ to keep them moving on things and then they still seem to drag their feet and send thinks out next day AFTER the 2pm cutoff time for overnight. If I had to do it all over again I would look for local financing.
