I keep reading posts on the ESPC and wondered why they are being allowed to scam people so I started digging. embroideryprotection-org is a front for Janice Blasko. This website is linked by same web server to sewing-org and purewhimsey.com. These are all fronts for TheAbbeygroup-org or abbeywebdesign-com which is based out of Maitland florida. email addresses being used to pull legal listings are whimsy@purewhimsy-com, info@sewing-org, and legal@embroideryprotection-org. The ESPC is NOT affliated with any of the BIG NAMES that are listed on its website. In fact after contacting ALL the BIG names, they have stated they do NOT know The ESPC, a Janice Blasko, The Abbey Group or anyone listed from the above groups. There is NO legal department at the ESPC, its all a FRONT. This organization is NOT registered with BBB or any goverment agency. If you have sent money to them, get your stuff together and start emailing them with complaints. If you received a letter. DONT PAY. Its a SCAM and people are falling for it to the tune of $300 a POP.
