Have searched and searched for this book. Please help
Okay ladies and gentlemen, I need some serious help here. I purchased a cross stitch book that I loved, which had a poinsettia bow door hanging and a table runner which had holly leaves and berries worked in nothing but backstitch/outline stitch on it. My problem? I have lost my copy and would like to be able to find it again. Yes I have already posted it twice on Want it Now but so far no one has responded over the last year. And I will be posting on there again for this book. Particulars on the book as I remember it. Soft cover, purchased in a craft store, cross stitch section Has a poinesttia Bow Door Hanger on front cover I think, but I know the pattern is definately in the book Also contains a table runner with a holly leaf and berry design worked in outline stitch or back stitch. They are both in the same book. If anyone has this book, would you please contact me and tell me the name of it and who it is by. It will be greatly appreciated. THANKS in advance.

hunting for hat backpack
Many years ago i bought a backpack pattern that looks like a golfing hat. I have found the back to the pattern but can find the triangles that make the top of the hat. It came in 2 sizes. does anyone have one that can help or sell me. I can't remember if i have the bill pattern piece either. i really would like to find the pattern again. It is not from the usual 3 pattern companies. It is from a different kind of pattern maker and they don't put out pattern books. But for the life of me can't remember the name of the company. thanks for any help you can give me.

Help with Listing Buttons ? Have a Huge lot on cards ? Help
Hello: I have a large amout of buttons -- I am still counting - but I must have at least 1000 Cards ( 2 to 4 buttons per card ) - All are in very good condition - like new - never used I not not sure how old they are but most are plastic - a few wood and metal - Not vintage like glass or bakelite - Most are La Mode or Le Chic - Some say Made in W germany - Holland - Italy - Japan on the back. Here is my question - What is the best way to list them ? As one big lot ? Break them up into Color ? Size ? Shape ? ( Example list all the red in one lot ) Or sort them all out and put any duplicate buttons together (example - if I have 2 - 3 or 4 cards of the same button , for a total of 6 to 12 buttons ) - is it better to sell as seperate sets of same buttons? I do not do much sewing and just not sure if anyone would rather buy a small amount of say 6 to 12 buttons or buy a huge lot instead ? Any Ideas would be helpful.. Thank You

looking for paint that will stick to leather
My eyeglasses have leather lacing woven through "chain link" side arms. The color has worn off, and I've been trying to touch it up with matching paint, which looks pretty good, but after a few days it peels off like rubber or plastic. What I used was acrylic craft paint (says on the bottle can be used on leather). What else could I try that won't peel or rub off?

Repairing scratched nickel or plated coating on bag buckle.
I bought a bag recently and the hardware used on two buckles were stratched. They seem to be made of some kind of alloy or nickel finish. Can anyone suggest some kind of paint or enamel, maybe something that is used in model building which could cover the stratches,as it is a brand new bag I would like to do a good job repairing it. Or would there be any covering available on the market in a hardware superstore. Thanks everyone for reading this post as it is very long. Karen.

canopies for craft sales
If anyone is doing craft sales/flea markets and using a canopy, I'd love to get some feedback on what you're using. A friend told me he purchased one at Costco; feedback on that item was less than enthusiastic. Costco and other big box stores sell things in the $100 range; most other options I've been finding are in the $1000 range. There's got to be something in the middle. I'd like something that has some flexibility: side walls when needed, for example. 10x10 to 10x20 would be ideal. I'm especially interested in knowing how your canopy has held up. My Other Half is quite concerned about durability. Thanks for reading. Hope to hear from you.

Pine Needle Basketry
I finally got in gear and took the class in pine needle basketry, something I've wanted to do for quite some time. A friend of mine teaches it and she's made some of the most exquisite baskets you've ever seen! I just needed to have the basic idea of how to start; now I can take it from there. Just what I need - another project! While we're in Florida, I need to find a good stand of long-needle pines where I can pick up the needles. I could use the shorter ones in Colorado, but they'd be a major PITA compared to using the nice long ones! You can really tell my first coaster is a "beginner's" project, but next time I'll know more what I'm doing. I just wanted to get the general idea of how to start. The center is a section of a black walnut, which is really a neat way to start baskets too!

Homemade Towels: Resource Needed for Egyptian Cotton
I would like to make my own bath towels, but I cannot seem to find a resource for the really soft egyptian combed loop cotton terry. Joann Fabrics has cheapy terry, but I'd like the really nice fabric by the yard (not the velour terry) wholesale if I can find it. Anyone? Thanks!
